Using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to problem solve the critical process variables, and to develop and empower individuals, teams and organisations to achieve significant immediate and continuous process improvement in Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, Output, Costs and Human Relations, increasing customer satisfaction and enhancing company profitability.

Richard has been a senior manager with several national and international companies, including being a Director of the Singapore subsidiary of a global organisation. He and his family have been predominantly based in Sydney but have also been located in Singapore, Geelong, Victoria and Pittsburg USA.
During his career Richard has had roles and responsibilities in each step of the overall Supply Chain Process.
